Service Description
Feel calm, energised and focussed. A great class also as a refresher class and those wishing to get back into classes/fitness. With options to progress or modify your movement. This class is for beginners & also progressed beginners / “improvers”, who have mastered the basics of breathing and centering. There might be many things you haven’t understood yet, or that your body can’t do, but you understand how to coordinate breathing with movement in order to achieve flow and core support for your spine.. You might have been doing Pilates for many years, but you do not have the strength or flexibility required for the more challenging MIXED - INTERMEDIATE class, at the moment. Or you might have done Pilates in the past but you’re returning to a regular class after a break. We are very happy to adapt for individuals with medical conditions such as Osteoporosis at this level. Expect a full body workout in this BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS level Pilates class. The focus of our sessions is building strength and endurance through the core, legs, glutes and shoulders, not forgetting the deep stabilising muscles to assist posture. Closing section: we will take a few moments to relax and unwind.

To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 12hours prior to your booking. Any cancellations within less than 12 hours of your booking are non-refundable. To reschedule due to illness, please contact us at least an hour before your appointment and we will reschedule your booking. Any appointments unattended or that are not rescheduled will be charged and are non-refundable.
