What you'll need to do
Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.
Zoom is a leading software that will allow me to demonstrate to you via video over your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.
You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.

About our classes

Adult Beginners Ballet classes are designed to introduce everyone to the joys and wonderful benefits of ballet

Classes are 45 minutes

An introduction to the classic form of ballet that explores placement, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, musicality and develops a greater sense of spacial and body awareness.

All classes are inclusive and welcome to all ages above 18 years

Experience exercise as a group activity

Classes are based around a ballet class and include the use of music

In this class we will cover the basics of ballet

Each exercise is created to physically work the entire body; enhancing your memory retention. The class is designed to develop and improve your balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility, muscle tone, stamina and fitness.

What to wear:
Something you can move freely in; leisurewear/sportswear.
Bare-feet, socks, grip-socks or ballet shoes.

What do I need for this class:
Just yourselves and a chair/bookshelf/wall/anything you can hold for a bit of support, acting as your ballet barre. Have some water nearby.
